As simple as that sounds, we all know it can be difficult to just be present. In Tricia’s Hatha Yoga classes, you are given an opportunity to practice.

Each class includes traditional yoga poses, in a simple sequence. This is a class for you to explore your body, breath, and mind. It’s slow yet powerful, and has flowing and meditating elements. Beginner to Intermediate Levels welcome!
